The Kentucky Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Task Force Steering Committee is comprised of volunteers across Kentucky who represent major health partners in various fields all relating to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health. The Steering Committee meets quarterly, creates and publishes the Strategic Map and Plan, and plans the Task Force meetings. The Steering Committee is comprised of the Chair or Co-Chair person, Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs, and the KHDSP Program.
